Bruce Lambson is our executive director and the founder of All Rivers. He was raised Episcopalian in Seattle, and spent a number of years there as a musician and small business owner. In the 1990’s he began to study Buddhism and Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory. He received the Zen Buddhist precepts from his teacher Genpo Merzel Roshi in 2003 and

was ordained a monk in 2005. He served as Executive Director of Big Mind, Inc., and Kanzeon Zen Center in Salt Lake City, UT from 2005 to 2010.

Jenny Flatberg is managing editor of Voices of Diversity.  She grew up in Salt Lake City as an Episcopalian and studied mathematics at Cottey College in Missouri.  In the early 2000’s she did environmental activism, working as a tree sitter with the Cascadia Forest Defenders and in the field, documenting for The Buffalo Field Campaign.  She joined the staff of Kanzeon Zen Center in early 2008 and is now a full time business school student at the University of Utah.

Phil Ringwood is our web-designer.  He married his wife, Elizabeth, in 1986 and graduated from design school at the University of Utah in 1991. Phil designed for ZCMI Department Store in the mid nineties, spent fifteen years in various web and graphic designing capacities

for the University of Utah and from 2008-2010 was the web designer for Big Mind.  Raised Lutheran, Phil received the Zen Buddhist precepts from Genpo Merzel Roshi in 2002, and was ordained a monk in 2003.
